Our experienced staff helps our residents maintain their independence by providing personalized care and support with activities of daily living. Our number one priority is to provide premiere care and support service to our Assisted Living residents.
 We offer several floor plans of Assisted Living Apartments to meet your individual preferences and comfort. Apartments are furnished with your own belongings and furniture. If furniture is needed, Trinity Community can help to provide the proper amenities.
In addition to the benefit of compassionate care, there are other advantages to choosing Trinity’s assisted living services. We are a full-service community with a comprehensive array of programs and services designed to care for you as your health and care needs may change, including an Assisted Living Memory Care program. If you are hospitalized for an illness, injury, or elective surgery, we also offer specialized short term rehabilitation, comprehensive nursing services, and outpatient therapy in our health care center.
Our multiple levels of service also make us perfect for couples with different care needs. As you need more assistance you are able to stay in your independent apartment, as all 90 of our apartments are dually licensed as Independent Living and Assisted Living. The convenience of so many services on one campus makes the transition from one to the other a much smoother and more familiar process. Plus, we take care of all the details and hassles of moving, so all you need to do is relax.
